Ingredients of Healthy Katlu
- It's 1 cup of coarse wheat flour.
- You need 1 cup of ghee.
- You need 1/2 cup of jaggery.
- It's 1 tsp of dry ginger powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of gond (gum) powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ganthoda powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of suvadana.
